Delete Your Account

Account & Data Deletion Request

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including messages, posts, and transaction history, will be permanently removed.

Option 1: Delete in the App

If you still have access to the Yoora app, you can delete your account directly:

Open the Yoora app
Go to Profile tab
Tap Settings (gear icon)
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to request account deletion:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include: The email address associated with your Yoora account

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.

What Gets Deleted

Data Type	Action
Profile information	Permanently deleted
Messages	Permanently deleted
Posts and media	Permanently deleted
Transaction history	Retained for 30 days for legal compliance, then deleted
Device tokens	Immediately removed
