Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Yoora. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Yoora ("the Service," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Yoora is a digital content platform that enables creators to publish, distribute, and monetize exclusive content including but not limited to images, videos, and text. Users can discover content through our feed system, purchase individual pieces of content, subscribe to creator channels, and interact with creators and other users.
4.1 Registration. To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us at cs@yoora.im of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
4.4 Account Termination. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting cs@yoora.im. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5.1 Application. Users may apply to become creators by completing our verification process, which includes identity verification through a selfie video. Approval is at our sole discretion.
5.2 Creator Responsibilities. Creators are solely responsible for all content they publish. Creators represent and warrant that they own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the content they upload.
5.3 Content Standards. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Revenue Share. Creators earn revenue from content purchases and channel subscriptions. The platform retains a commission as specified in the Creator Dashboard. Revenue share rates may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.
6.1 Creator Content. Creators retain full ownership of their original content. By uploading content to Yoora, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their content within the platform and for marketing purposes.
6.2 User Content. Any content you submit (messages, comments, profile information) grants us a similar license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
6.3 Platform Content. The Yoora name, logo, design, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are our exclusive property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without our prior written consent.
6.4 DMCA and Copyright. We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to cs@yoora.im.
7.1 Virtual Currency. Yoora uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") for transactions within the platform. Coins are purchased through our supported payment methods (currently Google Pay).
7.2 Non-Transferability. Coins are non-transferable between accounts and have no monetary value outside the platform.
7.3 Purchases. All content purchases and subscription payments are final. Once you unlock content or subscribe to a channel, the transaction cannot be reversed except as required by applicable law.
7.4 Refunds. Refund requests for Coin purchases are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the payment provider (Google Play). In-platform purchases of content are generally non-refundable.
7.5 Withdrawals. Creators may withdraw earned revenue subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and identity verification requirements. Processing times may vary.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOORA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yoora and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yoora concerning the Service.
